No frills affordable place with a front view of tea plantation. The food was decent and made to order. Lots of space out in front for activities. Overall, quite satisfied.

It is located in the middle of a ta garden. You can take 1 minute walk to the garden. Morning are full of mist (December visit). Breakfast ok- Idli, vada and Puri, coffee. Rest of food (Lunch & Dinner), can be ordered but very limited menu, and bit expensive to taste and quantity. No games or activity room. Big parking. Bit costly. 1KM from Kotagiri main road, no proper restaurant available in next 2-3 KM. Ypu will have to travel to Kotagiri town or Orange restaurant (Own vehicle). a small supermarket and Indian oil is near by. If you want to relax for 2 days, and sit in mist of sun in cold weather, this is a good option. Staff is courteous, you will have to ask for soap/shampoo, towel etc. No coffee/tea maker in room (better take one with you). Room and bathroom are clean. Big rooms. Sheets should be cleaner, we found hairs on sheets and pillows. TV is non working, and have to ask every day to recharge.

I traveled with spouse and kids. It is a medium good property with good building. I think on budget range hotel for one or two days stay, it is an ok to stay hotel.

It was a last-minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised by the proximity of the hotel to the Town center, spacious room, and a clean bathroom. The hotel staff Mr. Mahendran was very courteous and helpful. You can order room service. We ordered dinner (non-veg) for two adults and two kids. It will be ideal for family and group stays. They also have party hall for marriages and other occasions with dining area. There are a few things they can still improve on, like a kids play area. Overall we had a good stay.
