Chow Chow Valley Resort

The resort was excellent, the only thing was getting there through the windy and bumpy plantation road. But it’s worth the drive

Perfect location... surrounded by the tea gardens. well maintained properties clean bathroom and rooms. food quality is also okay but don't expect much. overall good experience. 👍

We stayed at bikers dorm , stay was good room is well maintained. This resort is located in middle of a tea plantation . View is so good. Food rate is affordable. The room rate for bikers dorm is little high.

Our stay at this resort was decent. The resort is maintained and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location is plus, offering beautiful scenery. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was okay, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a solid, albeit average, experience. We would have appreciated a bit more variety in the dining options, and perhaps some additional amenities, like a better pool or a more active evening entertainment program.

The location is beautiful and rooms are average. Food was delicious. Staff behaviour and services was good.

One positive about the resort is the staff behaviour which is good , especially the lady staff at reception. The resort and restaurant lacks some serious hygiene.

Awesome location, food and services good. One issue is they smartly charging for room heater by providing very thin blanket.

the property is good in terms of location, but rooms are not well maintained. the services are very poor. if they are naming it as resort they should atleast have common facilities 🙁

Great location and view. Our trip was awesome. Service was very good. We ordered all veg dish during our stay and we liked it.

Stay is worth all your penny nice views abed great food. Definitely recommend for everyone. Nice and tidy rooms as well.

Road to resort is amazing, food is average, booked a wooden cottage, my height is 6 feet and the room ceiling is 6. 2 feet found it very hard to walk without hurting and not able to change outfits, room tidiness is average and service is average, not much with regards to view of the cottage, customer service is good though.

It was a marvelous experience for all of us. We found breathtaking views from our balcony. They even had exciting games, cycling and trampoline to keep us engaged and out of boredom. They provided tidy rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend chow chow valley to spend your vacation.

Stay is not at all good, service from staffs are not satisfied. Rooms are not clean

This amazing place for couples ,lots of fun and enjoying , December season is gerogeus, 🥰💯💜fun.

The resort is really good. We had a pleasant stay. The food and ambience of the resort was really good. The view from the resort was awesome. We stayed in a wooden cottage it was big and spacious. The only concern is the restroom is completely damp with water. Before our visit they can be cleaning bit early and make it dry but it was full of water and for the amount we paid the restroom is not up to the mark.

Not good the Road is dangerous and it's in remote area with poor quality of service

Hotel is good but service is very poor, they don't know how to communicate with with people. No timely service. Management is worst and foolishness. For officials this is not a good place.
