Although the availability of room at the mentioned address wasn't available. I was accommodated in another nearby property which was a room in a PG. People are great. But don't expect food. they didn't provide it properly. For me, the location was great. Although it was a room on the 4th floor with no lift. lifting heavy suitcase was a gym like experience

I reached the accomodation on 12th december - i was allocated to a room on the 4th floor. Works were still going on. They had no mirror fixed in the washroom, no mat in front of washroom. Shower had a problem which caused the water to not come properly - i had to hold it fixed. And some bird droppings were seen in washroom possibly happened before they closed the bathroom window and fitted exhaust. I reported all these issues. Slowly they did fix most of the issues though not completely cleaned the bathroom well. Last day there was no water to shower they said someone left the tap running so tank is dry - the shower problem returned and this time i did not report as it was my last day. There’s lot of room for improvement but a below average to average place for the tariff which is not too bad. Definitely needs improvement.

No facility at all room and stairs are very dirty and no reception at all
