Place was spectular. Service impeccable. All rooms were clean and well maintained. Pool was great. Food was good too.

An amazing comfortable place with an excellent view of a continuous flowing river with a constant sound of flowing water throughout the day.. just take a hot tea and snacks and just relax at balcony of the rooms and experience the love of nature.. just experience it to believe it .. food also is great.. parking can be challenging sometimes.. way to resort is also not plane and with some crest and troughs.. but it’s worth.. the ambience during this mansion was nothing but magical.. just magical!! Some real team members to support your stay. What else is needed ..

Hi, it was comfortable stay with river resort as I know about locality a bit, which is why I chose this property. Only cons, which I found here is, food, they are restricted to timing, even for tea they have timing which I felt not comfortable in certain time for kids and family.

The highlight of our room was the breathtaking view from the balcony - it was truly stunning! But what really made our stay special was the resort's picturesque surroundings. We had an absolute blast playing in the river that flowed beside the resort - it was a refreshing and exhilarating experience! The pool area was another favorite spot of ours. The view from the pool was gorgeous, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was also quite good, more options could have been better. suggestions: 1.Car parking space needs to be improved . 2. Few guests are too noisy and play loud music in the evening while having dinner at the river bed. STRICT Rules & Fine MUST be implemented for those who disturb other guests and throw trash into the river and damage the environment.

a great place to stay near athurappalli waterfalls. this place is 30 minutes away from waterfalls. this is on the shore of chalakkudi river. room was very good. very spacious rooms. there are total 9 rooms in the property. swimming pool for kids is available. lunch is not available since check in time is 2 pm. lunch was complimentary. dinner was ok ok. staff were very friendly. we stayed here with family and kids. we had a good time. rate for the room is bit high for the services provided including the breakfast.

Spacious room with serene view to hills and streams. We stayed with family and we had a wonderful stay here. Sunrise view from room is mindblowing, something you dont want to miss out. Staffs are very welcoming and had amazing food from river resort.

Good balcony view, decent food, neatness is okay. Swimming pool is small but river flow is good during the rainy season.

Excellent location on the bank of chalakudi river. The staff are very kind. Tasty food choices with room service. Good complimentary breakfast. The most important thing is the view of the river and mountain from the room. Another highlighted enjoyment is bathing in the river. I took bath in the late evening around 8 pm and also in the morning. The staff guided me to a safe place to take a bath. After bathing, we can take a swim in the mini pool. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Would like to visit again.

I was staying in this resort on my return trip from ooty with family. My ooty trip itself is diluted by this beautifully located resort. Truly eye catching stuff. Manager mr. Pressie was very nice and truly welcoming. So as all other staffs. Highly recommended stay.

I was disappointed with the high rate of the hotel compared to the quality of the food and staff service. The breakfast buffet was the worst i have ever had at a hotel, even the local tea shops could service the same menu at rs50 per person and the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying here again. Also the fake rating also need to be changed

The property is situated near a river, and accessing it is convenient through the back gate. The food is both good and reasonably priced. However, there was an issue with hot water not coming in my room for a shower, and despite informing them, no action was taken. Besides this problem, the room is neat and clean.
