Poor Stay
Location is good Couple Friendly but the rooms are too bad and unhygienic AC made sound like it will explode soon and also the kitchen is not good

Good for work related stays.
Pros- Location good in terms of reach. Surroundings are having average road and domestic noise for a typical Mumbai locality. Cleanliness is good. They have a functioning kitchen, although I did not eat from there so can't comment on the food. Room I got was spacious. AC worked fine. Cons- No reading/ table light. Bathroom is very small and cramped. No window in bathroom, although they have a ceiling exhaust fan. The geyser is installed just adjacent to the shower which is an electric hazard. The overall building is very cramped so you hear the noise from other rooms.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel provides all the essentials including soap, shampoo, a dental kit, free water, and even breakfast, which was a nice addition. I also appreciated that slippers were provided for both indoor and outdoor use, which is very thoughtful for guests who may not carry them. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a comfortable experience. That said, the food quality could be improved and adding more variety to the breakfast menu would make the stay even better. Overall, the service and amenities were impressive, and I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Average Stay
the location of the property is very good. it's adjacent to union bank. The cleanliness is very good because it's cleaned everyday. The daily essential needs are fulfilled. The food is not good but within 1km, you can eat at SAM Restaurant and classic Restaurant. we walked there everyday. during our first night the AC was not working but was fixed the next day. overall, it's a good business hotel and short trip family hotel

Good Stay
Only good property in the area, if you want a peaceful and good society in this area, there is no option other than Astha Residency. Also, it is well maintained, clean and everything is provided inside the room only. Only issue is the rooms are very small.

familyOverpriced, clueless receptionist and staff. Small room packaged as super deluxe room. Extra bed meant mattress on the floor and then there was no more space left in the room. The only saving grace for me was the location, suiting my place of work

Room size very small, and cojsusted. Old construction premises. A. C. Is old model. Not cooling fast and all area. Bathroom is very conjusted. Entry in toilet and bathroom very difficult.
