too far from the main beaches and cliffs, it's like outside of the happening places and reaching to this hotel is a pain in the ASs especially the Google maps show incorrect route, lack of maintenance and cockroaches all around and lizards too, not worth the money we paid and also the in house kitchen prices are like 5star hotel prices.

The fantastic sea view and swimming pool, cleanly maintaining restroom and bed cloth also and moreover wooden chairs in balcony it's very peaceful to see a sea and waves.

I had a pleasant stay at the resort. The ambiance is truly relaxing and well-maintained, offering a perfect escape from the daily routine. The surroundings were calm and beautifully designed, adding to the overall experience.

It’s a good property, nice view , the only problem i felt is lift is not working.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property due to poor service and mismanagement: Inconsistent Restaurant Service: In this remote location, we relied heavily on the on-site restaurant. However, the ad-hoc service led to a delayed breakfast that completely derailed our day’s plans. Checkout Confusion: During checkout, we were unexpectedly held back while staff inspected our room. They claimed a whiskey glass was missing—a claim that came as a complete surprise, as we never noticed any missing item upon check-in. After a frustrating ten-minute delay, they finally realized their mistake and allowed us to leave. The cumulative impact of these issues left us with a lasting negative impression of the property.

Quite and calm atmosphere. Neat and clean rooms.The staffs are very friendly and we get the complete privacy excellent for couples and family.

Location remote. Narrow access roads. No restaurant available during our stay. No tv in the room. Extra bed was a thin worn out mattress to be thrown on the floor. Room was in poor condition with bare minimum dirty furniture. Bathroom was terrible. Only positive was the incredible views of the ocean.

Worst stay ever. Worst facilities, worst service, food is also worst

bed was full of ants. when i informed them they changed the bedsheet, not the matress. sleeping was miserable. pool was filled with insects spiders ant and dirt. they had a broken cupboard, when i informed them the response was i don't need to pay for that, they can't repair that by fixing the screws.

The stay was pathetic, room condition was worse, hairs everywhere, no hot water, rude receptionist. The room has nails coming out of wall, cupboard broken, untidy mirror

Rooms are not very comfortable and maintenance is not good. But location is very good. Short in stuffs for bigger number of people.

Property is on cliff. Location is good but room and washroom were not clean. Restaurant is also not good. Very average stay

Bad experience. Rooms were not as per the price they charge. Washroom were dirty, blanket and pillow cover were dirty, room size is small compared to what they claim in MMT. Only it looks good from exterior. Inside room condition is horrible. Even they don’t have intercom.

Poor service and not adequate hotel stuffs are there to help with your issue and assist you while unloading your luggage.. rooms are not the same as depicted in pictures. Just the location is absolutely serene and best located hotel in this area. Insects are there in the rooms .

Location is good but hotel is too expensive, no restaurant and no market nearby. Even milk was not available for kids.

The rooms were average and there was no tv. No condiments like tea or coffee. The room was close to beach which was a good thing and the gm of the resort sajhid was really helpful. So just for the property i felt it to be average.

Only one guy at reception is fine. They literally made me wait 1 hour for check in even though it’s mentioned as 12 check in time. And one guy came and shouted at the rest of the people for making me wait. And rooms were not that great, you can get better rooms at the same prices and service further north sea coast.

We have booked 5 rooms. Rooms were good. Staff not so friendly and pool was not clean. See view from hotel is excellent.

Great view from the property but that's about it, poorly maintained rooms with a very pungent fungal smell from damp walls, becomes unbearable to stay in. Room not upto the mark, amenities not provided and most of the things are broken, sheets are smelly and don't feel very clean, pillows have blackened from fungus. View from the balcony is the only nice thing. Location is also a bit hard to reach at first, it's more isolated but location wasn't my biggest concern.

Ambients was not clean, cockroaches were there. maintenance is poor , breakfast was not good .......
