Review Of ARK HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTRE

Rooms were nice, but room service, food options and house keeping were very bad. There are no employees to cater the needs actually, everything is handled by the receptionist.

Excellent location, very good staffs, good food but the only issue is the room was smelling little bad which should be improved

The service was very poor. The room wasn't clean, staff was inadequate, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. However, the security guard was helpful. Specifically, the bed sheets weren't washed, and the bathroom wasn't clean.No responsible person available in hotel

There was no water facilities,it was mentioned jacuzzi was present thats why we paid 3k for a room but not present total scam there was no response from the hotel for room service

Property's location and amenities were good. No complaints on this. However, there is absolutely nothing to write about their service. It was despicable. The staff is not at all trained in hospitality / hotel management at all. There is no uniformity in their culture, behaviour, speech, dress code, nothing! This IS the worst experience of my life, as far as hospitality service from the staff is concerned.

Please remove this hotel from your list if you want to protect your brand! this is the worst customer service i've experienced. The hotel staff are absolutely untrained and unskilled for a 4-star. The people employed by a hotel make a huge difference to one's experience, and it is not just the facilities and infrastructure provided. There was no point in having a menu card since many of the items on it were unavailable. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. Please remove this hotel from your list, else even your loyal customers may lose faith in your selection!

It's not an exclusive hotel property. It's a convention / marriage hall with an extended facility of hotel.

Great place to stay in palkkad. Outskirts of palakkad city. Good ambience. Friendly staff even through there is a shortage of man power

Good stay. The room and bathroom looked good clean. A/c's were working okay, good food. There's a swing outside, fun to play. The staff are friendly but might be hard to reach by phone.
