Rooms are not spacious and also there is no proper maintenance done. Hygiene is okay not good.

It was an amazing stay experience here. The reception & hospitality was amazing. Our room was super clean & neat. booked via make my trip property located main road side so easy to access, neat and clean rooms, staffs behavior too good, parking also available with security,breakfast so good , stayed with my family with kids, overall service is excellent

One of the best 4* experiences of my travels. The hotel is very well designed. The staff is very keen to give you their top hospitality. Very pleasant and professional people run this place. The rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. Location is perfect. Food is delicious.

The property did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. It felt more akin to a 2-star accommodation, although hygiene standards were well maintained.

I stayed for one night in this hotel. The overall stay experience was comfortable. The room size is big, neat and clean. However I will suggest hotel management to add more items in breakfast and keep more investment in improving the hotel environment for family stay like entrance, reception with flowers, plants, aquarium etc. Play some light music in the rooftop restaurant and further improve service quality.

I ordered a family room (2 adults and 1 child, the room is pretty small. Suitable only for 1 night stay. I think this is a business hotel, located on a building with hdfc bank, other shops on ground floor, car parking is shared. The staffs i think are new. Evening snacks very limited, food is ok only, our dinner food they mixed up gave another food. Billing took time while checking out also.

this hotel is a scam. they charge way too high. rooms are very small. no electricity when we stayed. no tea or coffee until 8 am. no shops nearby. no hot water. when i complained the general manager was very rude to me instead of taking customer feedback. he says why did u choose us instead of taking corrective measures
