Poor Stay
The location was okay, but the overall experience was disappointing. The room wasn’t very clean and service was slow. Food quality could be much better. Expected more for the price paid.

Extremely Disappointed with the Hospitality and Management
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an ANANTA property. The restaurant staff were rude and completely unwelcoming. A staff member named Alka seemed very confused about what was available and what wasn’t — came twice just to reconfirm our room number, which was honestly frustrating and unprofessional. The front desk/reception service was equally poor. They seemed to focus only on managing wedding guests and ignored regular visitors. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were given our room keys, only to be told to return them and wait another 15 minutes for reallocation — a total waste of 45 minutes just at the reception! The buggy service is another nightmare — be ready to wait 30 minutes just to be picked up. For a resort that claims to offer “relaxation,” this was anything but that. The only positive — the rooms were clean, and the room service staff were polite and welcoming. Other than that, a complete disappointment. Definitely not the kind of experience one expects from ANANTA.

Disappointing
The Ananta Spa and Resort in Jaipur proved profoundly disappointing and misleading. The name is false advertising—there is no spa facility. Crucially, the property is both Pure Vegetarian and entirely Dry (no alcohol), a significant restriction that is not clearly advertised and severely limits the luxury experience. The resort's high tariff is unjustified for the lack of standard 5-star amenities (no spa, no bar) and the poor value offered through the limited Full Board dining (boring, restrictive menu). Final Verdict: The three-night stay was monotonous and overpriced. Avoid this property if you seek a chill, relaxing vacation with diverse dining and drinks. The only redeeming factor was the exceptional service from the dedicated Restaurant Team (including Bishna, Anjali, Harveer, Ashwani, and Tu Tu).

I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. There were hardly any activities to do, and the resort itself is not very big, so it felt boring very quickly. The food quality was poor, both in taste and variety, and definitely not up to the mark for the price charged. Hot water was not available, which made the stay uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were below expectations, and the service was very slow and unprofessional. Basic amenities like proper Wi-Fi and room service were either missing or not reliable. Considering the high cost, the resort does not provide value for money at all.

The property is beautiful...Japanese style architecture and the beauty of nature all around. Perfect for getaways. Very far from the city so chose the property only when u are planning a getaway or you have ample number of days..! The google way to the property is very tricky so its better to call the property for directions to have a comfortable journey..unlike us! We got lost into and had to struggle a lot..special thanks to Mr Ajit for all his support to make sure we reach the property with ease. Was initially a bit disappointed on the room that was given and the room services...however things were later sorted by the hotel staff.... the hospitality of the hotel staff including the trainees is worth mentioning ❤️ food was average..the breakfast menu was not as elaborate as expected from a 5 star property. Overall , a decent stay.

The location of the resort is good with a lot of greenery within the resort.the food was average with limited menu.the services were prompt.the evoke room that i booked was on first floor,good size but the bathroom was smelly.i booked a hill view room but when i reached the room it was not at all facing the hill ,but facing another cottage.i was told that all the other rooms were booked so nothing could be done about it..all in all an average stay , not woth the money i spent on booking it.

Good Stay
The property is very good and the way towards the property is quite scenic itself. The property is based on Japanese theme which totally justify the feeling of staying in Japan. Staff was very nice and supportive and they made sure we had a good time. This property offers variety of plants and flowers which is mesmerising to the eyes. However, more hotel golf carts should be arranged as it might turn chaotic during busy season and result in long waiting hours to reach from ur room till eating hall as the property is hugs and people wouldn’t like to walk so much during summers. Lal Maas is must try and kudos to the chef for satisfying our cravings and tastebuds. Overall we had an amazinggggg time here. Well done! And hope u keep serving best. Also, if deals can be included it would be greatttttt.
