Staff must be trained to tell the guest all facilities provided by the hotet
Stay was good but hotel staff was not cooperative they didn't offered any welcome drink they didn't told us that spree provides free ride near by spot.

I had a great stay at spree hotel. The experience was very satisfactory overall, with some standout highlights. Saber in hk was exceptionally helpful, and the staff, in general, were cordial and quick to respond to any requests. The cab service feature was a great help and made getting around much easier. Their efficiency and warm demeanor made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel.

Good Stay
Nice budget hotel. Rooms were clean. We had booked 4 rooms and manager managed to give them together. Breakfast was also good with enough options in buffet.

Bad experience
They have mentioned for parking but they don’t have any car parking space my car parked on road unsafely. Also didn’t follow instructions at the time of cleaning. Food quality was only okay.

Service is not good. Poor room service. They are adding food bills of other room. They are disturbing after using do not disturb sign

Looks complete ownership issue of mmt while you are charging fees and your people do not inform bookings to hotel. Also there answer is without any accountability-pl refund service charges charged by you

familyHotel facilities not upto 4star hotel. Ac cooling issue, housekeeping issue. Even room not clean and every day facing card access issue and channel issue. I suggest best option available at there area in the same price. Don’t waste your money in this hotel.
