Very bad experience, no hot water available, ac was not working. Not ok if we travel with family.

I am very disappointed form the hotel's policy they are written there rule un married couple are allowed local id but after booking they are not allowed i lost my paying amount. Very very worst

No intercom to call bell boy lift was not working @ d time of chek in u hve to walk down d stairs fr each & every requirement & it was terrible experience fr-ourselves as senior citizens french window screens are not sufficient to cover d windows any person get a glance from d parking of our dressing. Not sufficient staff fr service i am surprised @ make my trips' choose dis hotel. Overall hopeless maintained.

Room not clean, saw few cockroachs, blanket not provided, bedsheet only available, soap not given, at midnight some people was shouted very noise, window screen is smaller than the window. Not expect this.

I paid 5000 to two rooms in an 3 tier city for a night stay. Water bottle was not given - no dental kits and also a soaps and shampoos were not given. Rooms were not clean at all. Pols don’t stay there

Stay here is good and the hotel is located at the heart of the town, which makes it easy for transmit to nearby locations.

Rooms cleanness to be maintained. We had issue in a room, where ants were occupied the bed instead of guests. They given us another room instead.

I have stayed with my family, they didn't provide free drinking water and power cut happened 5 to 6 hours. There's no generator. Clothes are not hygiene. Very bad customer support in this hotel. Don't go with as a family is my suggestion
