No attender is available We have to carry our luggage. Morning Coffee or Tea is not Available. We only have to go outside

I can happily recommend that Jos Residency is a nice and comfort place to stay as per individuals requirement.Nice and gentle staffs especially Mr.Sundarasamy Sir. Mr.Rajendran at Dining is a hard work and lovable person. All are nice staffs including Mr.Manoj Sir, room boys and watchmen. COMPLEMENT BREAKFAST IS EXTREMELY SUPERB.Definitely I will stay with my family here whenever I get opportunity. Thanks to JOS CREW.

the toilet amenities they chest not providing the basic items. They say you demand we give. Also the towel is not properly washed. It appears local manuel wash and tge towel is stiff not soft. Room water bottle for two people stay they give one bottle, when asked they say we keep outside cane and ask us to fetch it. Not comfortable for decent people.

I asked to feed the baby in hotel room half an hour. For that also charged the amount

We had one night stay as a stop over enroute to kochi. The place is clean and comfortable, located next to the highway in the town. There. Is no inhouse resturant but sun resturant approx 150 m from the property is good.

Rooms was very clean. Staffs were very cooperative. The property is very close to bus stand and shops.

The stay was comfortable, room was clean and neat.Staffs were polite and good. They provided breakfast, which is good in taste and quantity. Food is very hygienic and excellent quality. Rest all are fine and good. I have booked the room and checked-in at early morning 3:00am, but no staffs were awake at that time, even they were not aware that the room had been booked for the stay which took me 15-20mins for getting onto the room.

The rooms are very small. 3 people can't occupy. The staffs are not friendly. No tv working. Ac not working properly

Property is at the bottom of munnar hill easy to travel to munnar from here, hotel does not have restaurant we had to order it from outside shops

Very clean and good place to stay. Although they do not have a restaurant, it was very easy and quick to order food and get it delivered. The staff are very efficient and cooperative, helpful and polite.
