there were so many insects in the toilet so we didn't use it. and used the common toilet. The room was not similar to what was shown in picture. The budget was good , other rooms near it were expensive and it got a good location just a 3-5 min walk to golden temple

It was only room low roof, congested area, but ok according to money value, center area near golden temple, neat n clean, too hot

When i booked it i got booking voucher but was still showing ticket not booked as payment unsuccessful so i directly called hotel to book room and given rs 300 as advance but afterwards your customer service say that booking is confirmed as well as payment successful and after that hotel was arguing to give 300rs back and after so much arguments they gave money back on check out date

It was good in cleaning and atmosphere friendly. All services are on their place. Ovarall expertis good

Property is near to harminder sahib langar hall. Rooms are quite small in size approx 6. 5x7x8, this property is good for night stay only. No air-tel network

Let me share my experience with this dharamshala: 1. It is a dharamshala inside a small street and located at the very end of the street, so the location gets hidden and you have to go searching for it. Even the residents of the society don't know about this dharamshala. It is far away from the no-entry point (the location where autos and rickshaws would drop you) and you will have to walk 1 km with luggage in your hand. 2. If you booked this property, they offer you room that is located behind their reception area without any attached bathroom and ask you to use common toilet located at the reception. Plus there won't be any window in the room, door is getting stuck in the floor and won't shut properly. No ceiling fan is there and a wall fan is installed that makes khadh-khadh sound and bed sheets are very old and have spots. Room is very small, just like a store. 3. If you book online, the photos visible will surely not match with the room they offer, virtually no amenities are offered and they will argue that, this is a dharamshala and not a hotel and not expect such basic amenities. 4. If you refuse to take check-in due to lack of amenities and they are not providing you room as per specification, they will argue and ask you to contact the online company through which you booked and will never refund the money. 5. You can get good and decent homestay and hotel rooms in nearby area in same or even lesser budget.

Home like feeling. Beer singh ji treated like a family member and not just a guest. Ge kept in checking from time to time if i needed something & everything is ok. For my entire stay his mother kept giving me tea twice or how many ever times i wanted. I would recommend this to others as well. Five stars *
