Bad Exp
I’ve stayed here a couple of times before, but had a really bad experience this time. The quality has gone down a lot — the room wasn’t clean at all. Dirty bedsheet, blanket, and pillowcases. Because of ongoing construction in the next building, half the rooms have a strong damp smell, and the others are too noisy because of traffic. There’s no power backup for the AC, so if the power goes out, you’re stuck. And what made it worse — I had to hear inappropriate noises from the room next to mine at night. As a solo traveler, I just expect two things from a hotel — safety and hygiene. Sadly, this place doesn’t offer either anymore

However, we would like to clarify a few points: 1. Cleanliness: The photos you shared do not reflect any visible dirtiness in the room. If there were issues with the bedsheet or blanket, we would have appreciated photo evidence or an immediate report during your stay. Please understand that stating “the room was dirty” is unfortunately a common claim used when seeking compensation from online travel portals. 2. Dampness: We did not allot you a room with any dampness. In fact, we offered you a complimentary upgrade as a gesture of goodwill. 3. Noise: We verified that during your stay, no other rooms were occupied on your floor, so we’re surprised by the complaint of inappropriate noises. As for traffic noise — our hotel is located on a main road, and city-facing rooms with large windows can sometimes have ambient street noise. We do offer quieter rooms on request. 4. Power Backup: As it’s a budgted stay & its clearly mentioned that AC will not work during power cut, rest we welcome your feedback.

Room condition
The rooms were congested and stinking due to seepage issue. There was no ventilation. Bed size also small

Excellent stay, the room was good, hospitality was really good, really good people. The whole room was cleaned properly.

A descent stay near golden temple
The stay is very near to golden temple and the market which makes it an ideal place for someone looking not to use rickshaw and prefer walking.

Excellent Stay
The owner of this cozy homestay is very helpful. We stayed in a twin room with a terrace. The room has good ventilation and lighting. You only need to arrange for your small needs like tea and coffee on your own. It was wonderful stay.

Awesome place near golden temple
Amazing experience of staying near golden temple and enjoying the serenity. Place is awesome taken care by siddharth and his father with support staff shankar. All of them were superb and very helpful. Helped with taxi booking for wagah border. Clean and maintained property with very good access to golden temple.

Average stay - good for distance to travel to golden temple
familyService is ok. Rooms were small and don’t go on pictures. They are misleading. Stairs are the biggest con. Good point is that golden temple is a walking distance.

Place is at walkable distance from golden temple. Rooms are compact and there is no ventilation at all. Interiors are done nicely. For a double bed cot they had put two single beds (it was not so comfortable, and the bed sheet used was very thin and looked pretty old. One of our towel was dirty, we got that changed. Bathroom had some kind of smell, kitchen is not that great. Owner of the property and shankar at the reception guided us to plan our itinerary. Very friendly people, need to work on the hygiene and laundry.

Stay at amritsar
It's ok to stay to sleep, it's good it's near to golden temple and heritage area, easy to find. Their attitude is good but the room missed good vibes.

Excellent Stay
Location is 5 minutes walk to golden temple. Centrally located. Compact clean rooms. Owner siddharth was a great host. Very helpful and eager to guide you properly. His guidance was very helpful for my kartarpur sahib journey. Abhijeet, the guy managing the day to day work was also very friendly and helpful. In short good place to stay for a short trip.

Ecomonic stay; clean rooms; 2 min walk to golden temple
We had an amazing stay at siddharth’s bnb rooms were clean with the availing of kitchen. Place is very close to golden temple with public transport available to visit city. Many famous food outlet available in near proximity of the property. Staff was really helpful and available 24*7. They also serve amazing tea. Amazing option to choose with family or friends for 1-2 day stay
