    Poor hygiene at Sarovar Portico Gandhidham

    I booked the hotel considering it is by Sarovar Portico. But to my shock, it was nowhere near its name. The rooms were not clean and were ill maintained. There were small cockroaches every where, in the bathroom, room even hair dryer. The showers in bathroom also did not work properly . The AC also did nod not work. When complained iwas attended who came and said that awill check but didi not return

    Terrible Stay

    I had been a worst experience while my stay at Ambar Sarovar Portico. I gad complained for below issues to MMT during my stay but no action was taken by MMT or property. 1. Twice had to change room, 1st time for AC issue, 2nd time for extention phone issue. 2. Food served in non cleared/ non fresh dish. 3. MMT have not arranged call back for the complaint. 4. Properry reception staff was supposed self to get connect with GM but nothing happened.
