Very bad condition of rooms. Breakfast not provide by hotel

experience is worst ever. 1. no toilet seat 2. ⁠no towel 3. ⁠not soap n others 4. ⁠no room cleaning 5. ⁠too old bed sheet and quilt 6. ⁠bathroom was so very dirty 7. ⁠security is a issue there some one between 00:40 to 0:50 knock my door and run away .. no clue

Water heater not working in shower area ac washing not working properly bad sheet was dirty washroom lots of things are damaged intercom service not working tv not working

Not matching the standard as per rates, rooms cleanliness, washroom not upto the mark, no inhouse breakfast despite being charged. Arranged from a local street vendor.

No towel, shampoo or any service, small room, bathroom has no shower, broken flush of toilet, only limited breakfast and low quality, never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel tariff is if u go directly at hotel inclusive all i paid including breakfast. Here u will get only one item in breakfast. Price of breakfast is in menu is 60 to 80 and i paid 175 extra for breakfast in booking.

Quality of food is very bad. Room and bathroom was not proper cleaned.

Hygiene is zero over there, there is even flush working in toilet, no plug working, there is bed sheet and towel also not washed, used towel was given to use, in short terrible experience staying at city plaza,

I had a package including the breakfast, where as they denied to give the breakfast. The other hotels in the nearby area have a buffet systems during the morning breakfast. Whereas city plaza upon requesting the breakfast only gave 2 slices of bread and some butter. Where as the charge taken for breakfast was 250. 00 pp even the rooms are not upto the mark as shown in the pictures on the website.

No service provider no lift bad all

Checked in early at about 5:30 am. Got the room immediately. Had tea and snacks only. Service is slow and delayed. Only veg is served. Only soap and shampoo pouch given. TV not working. Hot and cold water available. Situated at a good location. Can be preferred but should be ready to follow up for services. Front desk is ready to help. Overall a nice stay.

Located in main City. Staff behaviour is very good and supportive. Very attractive accomodation. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. Parking space available. Restaurant food quality is superb 24x7 support provided. But no lift and sometimes hot water not available but hotel staff provides hot water on high priority on your call. Overall its a good place to stay.

Location is better but entire Hotel was not good. I Am shocked when rat is in my room

Location : which has far from to bus & railway station. These has dust into glass on windows. It also dust glass. Bathroom & toliet is even not clean. There is not hunge arrangement for cloth. Tv which will start one day form stay into two days. Size of room which has big. It has for two pepole. It is OK. But. Price of single people is high

It is hard to find the hotel easily. Doesn't have so much that Regularly hotels offers and staff was also not good some times. By the way it was a quite place to sleep well and it is below average fr a day

Nothing is good in this hotel I can not suggest for staying in this hotel Bed and bathroom are very uncomfortable. Location vise very poor area. Room service is not good. In short hotel is not good.

Bathroom was not clean and at the time of checking .. Staff was cooperative but it seemed like lack of manpower. Linen was average. Food was O. K. I think it was priced more in comparison to similar hotels of same standards ...
