Excellent Stay
I had a very pleasant and comfort stay at Renest Gandhidham. Rooms are cosy and hygienic. The staaf is alao very cooperative.

Decent hotel for family
coupleHotel rooms are spacious, breakfast was good. Faced some communication gaps for example was asked to pay for breakfast though breakfast & lunch/dinner was part of package. Hotel staff are not very flexible with few small requests.

groupEven if booking is done one moth in advance rooms was not ready. Somebody called and confirmed our time of arrival we have to wait for 1 hour to get the room ready that also after making arguments with front desk. Seems that they allowed late checkout and collect extra money from them. Regarding breakfast some of didn't get their food. They have get contented with fruits and curd. We have no time to wait as our train time was nearing

Average Stay
The hotel location is good and hospitality of reception and staff is decent. Cleanliness and hygiene was an issue. The wooden floors in rooms are cracked up and bathroom fittings are faulty. A major issue was that i had chosen an extra bed for my kid and was promised so. It turned out that only a mattress was provided and set on the dirty floor with old linen. There was no provision of a fold-able bed. We somehow adjusted on the double bed. Otherwise can be considered for a short stay
