Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and we always try to accommodate guest requests as much as possible. As a gesture, we do allow complimentary early check-in after 9:00 AM, depending on room availability. In your case, the arrival was before 7:00 AM. As per our policy, any check-in prior to 9:00 AM is considered as an additional half day and hence chargeable. This guideline is transparently mentioned across all online travel platforms, our official website, as well as in the booking voucher for clarity. Wonderful and well maintained simple hotel.missing a conference room. Very friendly staff, simple varities of breakfast, great in room dining experience. All request attended very swiftly. However on busy highway it's a a cool and clean place to stay.

The staff was very rude was not cooperative and blamed everything on mmt and said we cant help in any matter of service

Ho5el location was perfect on the main road nearby railway station and bus station. It has good restaurant facilities. Room was neat and clean with basic facilities.

Neemaya has reduced it's standard than before. I have been regular visitor since 3 years but services has come down these days like, dirty towels, dental items only when asked. Breakfast quality has come down. Restaurant food quality is good.

Fun place to be at gandhidham
The place is really good comfortable and clean. Food is also good. I was there for business but family and friends can enjoy it would have been great if they can have a pool around. I did use gym though it was great experience

The hotel is situated very next to ST station. I reached at location through bus at early morning around 5am. And it was very easy to reach hotel just by crossing the road. The morning breakfast was good and hygienic.
