the surroundings of the hotel are filthy and dirty, but once u step inside its a different world. the rooms are clean and staff is decent. i travelled alone with a kid and I didn't feel unsafe. there is a flyover nearby and u will keep hearing truck horns and noises at times at night but nothing very disturbing. the food was not bad just a bit spicy and less variety but no complaints. the chef paid personal attention to my requests for child food. their cab pickup drop is also decent. a bit high priced but they deliver on their service.
