Hotel Empire

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was unhygienic. Staff members were rude and unhelpful, and basic amenities were missing. Nothing about this stay was worth the money – I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost

Staff is very nice . But the main issue is with the property. whole property Walls and bathroom have cracks. Water supply is not good . water speed in taps and jet of western seats is very low that make it unusable.

property was damaged in room so much Crack is there in washroom also Crack is there no good so worst I wasted my amount

Hotel infrastructure is very old need refurbishment. In my room tiles were uprooted . Limited breakfast options.

spacious rooms,Mr Vikas owner is supporting and service staff are extremely good and helpful, housekeeping staff is lovely and sweet to approach me and cleaned and arranged my room well Location is good near from railway station,rooms were spacious, House keeping staff and Owner Mr Vikas was helpful, except reception guy Mr Gandhi

Blanket not provided by hotel and all rest of things are okay

it was an average stay,old property,lift not available, location is good but nearby food or any other transportation not available.most important.in winter time,hot water is not available.one thing is good is that restaurant food quality and test is good.

The accommodation is little old and the rooms need renovation. Overall stay is good

Not a good stay

Hotel away from main road, no market connectivity, outside area totally dark, you can’t go out without own car. Hotel has only basic facilities. Hygiene is problem.

Staff was sapotive and good all try to best give but some hotel quality is not good so he can not do anything need some changes in hotel

During my stay, i was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The bedsheets and other linens appeared to be poorly cleaned, which made the room feel unhygienic. Additionally, the room itself was in bad condition, with visible wear and tear on the furniture and walls. This greatly affected my comfort throughout the stay.

Hotel room conditions is very poor

The hotel rate, according to the facilities and services, was too expensive comparative to any other property. Moreover, the washroom were not clean. The blanket were not available and on request at night they provide the old blanket which were also not comfortable for night. Rest, staff were helpful & good behavior
