Good Hotel located at centre of City. Easily accessible

Door lock and key were a pain to open and close. Washroom commode was not fixed to ground properly. Lift was getting replaced so had to carry the luggage on the second floor. You could literally hear people from other room from your washroom. Butter in the breakfast spread was stale and awful taste

Hotel is centrally ac with controls in room itself. -room services were fine and timely. -food was good -staff was with courtesy. -location is the best. The hotel is located right in the centre of the market, big and clean rooms, good food around the hotel available. In all a comfortable stay if at all you visit gabdhidham. Maybe the bathrooms showers need to be fixed asap.

Daily supply of water is provided daily basis. Every day has to be ordered and they are payable. No complimentary cofee/tea aache and brewing kettle/is provided. The hotel is not properly justify the tariff they charge

Very good place to stay in gandhidham city with good amenities like room food and very reach service.

1. The management ask extra charge for early check in in the property. Check in time is 12. Pm and as per my journey time i was there at 9. 30 to 10 am. It was my special request when i book for early check in. There was a call for extra payment of rs 500 from the management for early check in. 2. The break fast is very poor quality and the tea and evry food items were very teatless. 3. Room service also not recomendable. In the room ther was only a chair. I ask for lunch one more chair to reception but till the check out they can't provide. I think the service is poor than they charge for it.

No water in room. No bathroom amenities. Water bottle not given. Receptionist not cordial and cooperative

Very poor customer service. Front desk manager mr pandey was literally shouting at me. While i requested for a bottle of water. They had not provided even a complimentary bottle of water and charged a whopping 37 rupees for the same. Never visit this place

Shower water smelled very bad. Thanks were not cleaned or water itself was dirty. It was smelling very bad when taking shower.
