Amba Regency

We were give rooms 102 and 103. Windows opening in valley side but blocked by other property near by. Toilets were neat and clean . Seems newly tiled. But the toilet window glass broken and not closing is disappointing. Only one parking place. Anyone arriving with own car will face some problem parking it. Best part Very near to LAL BAZAAR. MALL and MG ROAD. ROOF TOP RESTAURANT AWESOME.. FOOD SERVED WAS GOOD. RESTAURANT STAFF HELPFUL AND WELL NATURED. FINAL RATING OK for a night stay if you can manage with the lacks

The rooms are poor. No toiletries provided. Wasted around an hour calling staff and getting bathroom services fixed. Rooms are not properly maintained.

The walls were broken, wifi was not working at all. They provided us room where none of the switches were working. And when I complained they said none of the guests complained hence we didnt get it resolved. Overall a bad stay.

It is very nice experience to stay there and specially the behaviour of staffs are exceptionally good.

I recently stayed at your hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room had a bit of dust, and there was a lot of noise from music being played on all floors, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, the quality of the food was not satisfactory, and the breakfast was quite disappointing. I hope you can address these issues to improve future guests’ experiences. Thank you

I loved the room I booked. The room was too clean and their behaviour was so polite. Overall my experience was too good.

The food was excellent and stay was cosy. Was nearby to market and staffs were really attentive. Mr amrit at recption guided and helped us for our further tour real well

TV is not working during my three days stay. Telephone are not working. Foods are good. Time should not be delay if you committed. Bedsheets and blanket are not changed during my three days stayed. Water supply need to be check every day.

nothing is good. worst room service and behaviour is very bad, breakfast is very bad taste, cleaning of rooms is worst, blanket and bedsheet very dirty, sufficient water supply is not available in toilets and drinking water including complementary kits. over all worst services.

very bad faclity . 3 star hotel but facilty is very bad . 2 din ka hotel book kiya but pani ki bahut problem the . tv working me nahi the all room me . breakfast inclued tha but kuch hi option the brekfast me . staff toh tha hi nahi . 3 star toh aisa hotel nahi hota hai . vest off money hotel tha .

I have been in Amba for a week, the staff is good and polite. Beautiful place with good rooms, nice open space restaurant with best views. must visit

Bad rooms, unhygienic rooms no proper cleaning, very bad experience, very bad smell appearing from the bedroom, bed, blankets. Uncleaned washrooms with no cleaning, water coming from the floor of the room, no ventilation in the room. Feeling suffocation in the rooms, cant sit on the toilet seat as there was a pillar in the centre of the washroom. Bad experience

very poor condition of room and washroom. Washroom was too small. Hot water not working Room Service too late. Fan doesn't work properly

We were initially assigned an extremely bad, shabby, smelly and suffocating room based on the MMT booking. However when we approached reception the upgraded us to a better room at an additional cost
