Manasa Inn Tirupati hotel is good and best place for family. Rooms are spick and span. Whenever we visit Tirumala, we stay here. Food is good & breakfast spread is big & delicious. Staff is friendly & helpful. I recommend all my friends & relatives to explore Manasa Inn Tirupati

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Manasa Inn, and my experience was truly outstanding from start to finish. This hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. From the moment I arrived, the staff extended a warm and professional welcome. Check-in was seamless, and every interaction with the team was marked by courtesy and efficiency. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was with directions, room service, or general inquiries. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Clean linens, a comfortable bed, and modern amenities ensured a restful stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness and replenishing essentials promptly. Manasa Inn exceeded my expectations in every regard. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and value for money. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The staff was excellent. Location was good and Amenities were average ( AC was very slow). Overall experience was good.

The property location is very good and facilities are also very good, haven't tried the restaurant but overall it's very good

AC is not effective and has a stinky smell in the rooms. It's not clean

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The service is extremely poor, the AC switches on but doesn’t provide any cooling, and the bathroom is poorly maintained with a bad odor. The rooms are unclean, the bedding is not changed, and the overall service is terrible.

It's a pleasant stay, nice location to reach and good staff. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed a alot. But price bit high.

hotel was good but this is Room was different which I booked bathroom was to tidy there is no hairdryer in that.satff was good and polite.

It’s a new started hotel, works are still to be attended, in wash rooms, like. Leakages, doors and taps. The staff are very good and the stay was good.

Team coordination would be much better. As i request for king bed for 2 rooms and up on arrival they say they have only 1 king bed room. I have booked 2 weeks prior my visit

No welcome drink, no towels and toiletries, ac not working and paint smell will come. Please look for alternative hotel.

The amenities & services were on the peak of worst. They could not even recharge tata sky & response against this issue, calling every 15mins n only “sir, give us mins we will get this resolved”. Sadly for 3hrs this went on & finally i had to give it up.

Hotel staff is very rude and least bothered about guest's genuine concerns, they fail to provide the basis requirement in a deluxe room. Sharing few photographs (Gio tagged) for your reference, hope viewing these photographs you will come to know the problem I faced. Washroom is stinking No cleaning done in room Room is full of mosquito Lenin are dirty and smelling

One of the hopeless stay we have stayed so far hotel cleanliness, service, staff behaviour everything is bad to the core. Definitely we don’t recommend this hotel for anyone. I think makemytrip shouldn’t list these type of properties after receiving few negative reviews

Their room, food, staff and all others is well but this hotel is not prompt for their laundry service
