Rooms were clean and good, road was terrible and the slopes steep, people afraid of heights should avoid but rest it was a good stay, property is excellent the only bad thing was the road connectivity rest it was a good place.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were super helpful and very welcoming. They were always ready to help with the needs of my toddler. The property is located at a very beautiful location and the view from the balcony is mesmerising. The food was very tasty and always freshly made. I will definitely visit this place again

my car stuck 100 m before hotel on high altitude towards hotel after soo many calls staff came for help in 30 mins and provided me rooms smaller rooms and took extra charge of 2000 to provide larger rooms very bad service

Excellent services, neat room with bathrooms fitted with Hindware Italian collection was a statement of luxury. Located at one of the highest elevations provided a great view of the mountains & the town below.

it was a memorable stay... Mr Martin, manager of property taken care of our pleasant stay from the beginning of our journey to the property. it's luxurious rooms, well maintained property and having excellent food quality. The restaurant is having nice ambience with wonderful and scenic hill view.

There were no proper access roads or street lighting near the hotel, which made getting there especially difficult and unsafe at night. There was no functioning Wi-Fi, despite it being listed as an amenity. The washroom was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. The behavior and professionalism of the hotel staff were disappointing and did not reflect the hospitality standards one would expect.

The Hotel and it's Location is with excellent view. But the route to reach is very very difficult and dangerous with No Lights on road to hotel.

The stay was nice. Room was really good and view was great. However I feel that during breakfast the team should be fast and complete the order taking less time. we had to board our train at 1 pm and had to travel 3.5 hr to the station and we requested them to give our order by 8:15 so that we can finish off , but despite telling them 1 night in advance we could not get full meal and had to rush or else we would have missed our train. it would be better they start with buffet system since maximum rush is always during breakfast time. overall the stay and property was nice and clean. Kids friendly.
