Property was good but need maintenance... some lights was not working... tv remote was not working... complaint but no came to resolve it...

Overall stay was pleasant, property view was very good. However it is a separate property from aloha, where we are treated as outside person we have to pay money in advance for any facility. Parking charges was also recovered from us which is not good.

I had a wonderful experience here. Every staff member, i encountered, were delightful and eager to help. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The place, the location, the amenities were just perfect, rooms were cozy and clean. Service was prompt. If you want to cook they have provided basic cutlery along with a induction, microwave, electric kettle and refrigerator. All washroom are good and equipped with hot showers. Good balcony with ganga view. It is really a breathtaking view. We love this self service apartment. Host (pallavi) just a phone call away and she was great help. Care taker sangeeta was very supportive and calm. Will stay soon.

Amazing stay. Nice and clean rooms. The caretaker is also very helpful. View from pool is also very nice.

Bad things- non functional fridge, faulty geyser in one washroom, poor quality spring beds, flush not working in one washroom, wifi was sometimes working otherwise not. No toiletries.

The best thing about the property is it's location. However i didn't like the management, everything was messed up. The people who were staying in the apartment couldn't use the restaurant (patio) which is a basic necessity for people who are coming on a vacation, they had a separate menu for people using the apartment but the food was pathetic. I also didn't get why they were charging an extra 150 ruppees for the resort's parking. Summing up, the rooms were really nice and the location was excellent but there were still some flaws which couldn't be ignored

I visited with my family and small kids.the best Part was the property location we had spent wonderful time and it was great experience staying at Aloha .Main attractions - infinity swimming pool, Kids club room, lot of activities in house it’s the best place to stay in Rishikesh. Only disheartening was very less options in food.
