I had a terrible experience at Aishwarya Le Royal Hotel. They were denied by check in even after they successfully booked through @makemytrip.com and payment done The customer service was extremely poor — no one seemed interested in helping or resolving issues. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, making the stay very unpleasant. The overall management needs serious improvement. Definitely not worth the money or the trouble. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Car parking was full when we checked in.Rooms also not upto expectation.They provided an ac complaint room and also toilets were not hygenic to use

They gave very small room and with no fecility that they have mentioned they also refuse to give water bottles and towels they even don’t give basic things that they have mentioned very bad experience

The rooms were small and not well-maintained, with cleanliness and hygiene issues. The price felt high compared to other nearby options offering better comfort and facilities. Basic services like food, room service, and housekeeping were not available on call. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the hotel’s strict check-in/check-out policy (12 PM to 12 PM) was quite inconvenient. I had requested a late-night check-in around 11 PM with checkout the next evening, but the hotel didn’t accommodate this. Even after checking in around midnight, I was asked to check out by 12 PM and pay extra for just a few hours’ extension, which didn’t feel fair. Overall, the stay was not satisfactory, and the service quality needs significant improvement.
