Bed quality very poor. Toilet not cleaning. Staff behaviour very good. Food quality good. Location very good. Night lamp not available.

Hotel is terrible not at all clean. Will not recommend nto anyone. Service is not at all good. No support from staff. Bes sheet was not provided. Dirty and stained bed. Washroom dirty

Yes according to hotel price it was ok but need to care about cleanness and bedsheet was dirty

I am enjoying to stay at air link guest house. The location of the place is near to airport gate no. 2. I find this property in makemytrip website.

The pics of the hotel are totally different from reality. The service was poor. There was hardly any staff available. No proper hygiene was maintained in serving food in the hotel ropms.

Room is clean but the attended is slow and tv is not working. Hotel is small and no others facility

It's better to stay on roads then at rooms, very poor quality of reception. No staffs available for baggage transfer to room, very bad room conditions. Not having a proper way of check in or check out.

Had a awesome and homely ambience. The caretaker of the hotel is very generous and kind of a person. -pritam debnath (i stayed with my mother for durga puja)

Room condition is average, i dont get hot water i feel bad for that and electrical points are limited

When trucks or buses are passing through the road the floor of the hotel were shaking and the window was broken. Room size was small and poor condition

While booking the hotel, according to the pictures provided it was top notch. So did our expectations also. But. The first impression, ughh, it was terrible. First of all the reception was smelling awkwardly, the rooms were dirty enough to be considered as a mini garbage yard, the blankets were dirty with hairs too. There were many stains on the bed sheet, the bathroom wasn't clean, spit spots on the floor, spider webs on the wall, damaged plaster, as small rooms as it can be on the earth. The beds were even broken, shaking terribly with even a touch. Really, we didn't expect these rooms on such a reputed platform such as make my trip. Also, there were many points which can't be jotted down on a public platform. It was terrible, really terrible. We had a bad experience.

Though hotel is close to the airport it has shabby ambience and the blanket has never seen the dry cleaner.

Location ok. Left all terrible, food not tested

Everything inside of room is broken starting from door or bathroom, switch board, even window. Absolutely waste of money. Recommend not to stay here.
