Genuine Assistance and hospitality
Owner was very helpful interms of helping us in how should we reach important places at shimla and hotel was at good location and view was also amazing. conveyance was available for all locations from 50meter away from hotel.

Poor Stay
Location was not good, transportation form that location was expensive all tourist location was too far, facilities was not good, there was power cut for at-lest half hour overall i was not satisfied. Mobile single strength was too poor in room if you want to make a call you have to go outside

Its strange that with all these complaints you stayed 2 nights instead of one night booking. Guest has to check the location before booking. We allowed you to check-in at midnight only without any extra charge. Whole day you were inside the room with your friend. Power cut and poor signal is not in our hand. Your telecom operator is responsible for that. We provided cheaper taxi than yours choice and you still not satisfied.
Best place to stay in shimla
Caring nature of the host will give u homely feeling. Preparation of food was excellent.

A great experience and value for money rooms.
I had a really good time during my stay in this property. The host was really helpful and the property was really hygienic and well maintained. The host helped me with location of sightings. The food was amazing. The view from my room was so amazing. The room was really cozy and very spacious. It was worth the money.

Good location
The location was okay, but just in front of the main gate you would find a rush because of one way road and vehicles coming all the time. Also there was not good space for parking

Shimla is a small hill station and remains full on year end and summers. Our property at manali road so no wonder if you find traffic in peak season. I am sure the traffic is much more less than banglore or other major cities. All the hill stations have parking problem. Hope you understand that

The staff is always available for our guests, but the guest has to ask for any assistance. But it seems your over drinking habit didn't let you to think about it. Get well soon.

This booking was accidentally done on lowest rates but still i provided you the room with no extra cost. You were so happy that you were planning to stay for 1 month.
Poor stay
The bed in my room are like wet and the staff is not helping. The room was smelly and worst stay ever

Nothing was like that. Each room is 250 sq feet plus, airy and well ventilated even then we immediately showed and offered you to upgrade your room, which you denied. In house we only serve veg food and you were adamant to have non veg which is not the house policy.

Ultimate host very caring
Experience was amazing the host is so welcoming. We checked very late around 10. 45pm the kitchen was closed for the day. Even then he himself made tea for us in his personal residence. Very nice experience. In the morning he served us with delicious home cooked breakfast.

We continuously helped you and allowed you for early check at 6 in the morning with no extra price, other wise you could be staying on road for hours. You did not provide the id of your female friend when asked. And we don't allow guests without id. Besides this i allow you to stay after your promise that id shall be given online. I am surprised what kind of hospitality you desired if this was not enough.

Sir we provide heater on demand on paid basis. For fresh food we take orders well in advance. You came late so we provided outside food. We can not guarantee the quality of outside food. One more thing sir, please don't throw your masks and wastes in open which you did here at our property.
Wonderful stay
The property was centrally located and easily accessible. The caretaker of the property was very helpful. Facilities and cleanliness were impressive. The rooms were comfortable. Food was good and the view from the property was awesome. I must recommend the property.

Wonderful stay experience with my friend
I really enjoyable experience with the Shimla trip with my friends. The room was so comfortable and relaxing with all the modern facilities except wifi was not available. The location was so good and peaceful. Must recommend the property to others.

Its really strange when it was time of balance payment you create all the issues. And you were so poor in IQ that you were not able to switch on the cable. Next time please confirm the location on map before booking any hotel. Its a newly built property and you cant See shining floor. Hats off sir. Better search for next time
