Scope for improvement
They should 1 towel per person & separate blankets or quilts to each individuals as per their demand & requirements. 1 towel for everyone is not acceptable hope they will defiantly improve.

No battery backup. Due to electricity issue we faced lot of problems. No towel or napkin, hand wash or soap provided.
