I stayed at maple leaf residency for a weekend getaway in calangute and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The only positive aspect of this service apartment is its convenient location, close to many amenities and with easy access to bagha beach. However, the sanitation standards were extremely poor, with dirty bathrooms and unpleasant odors throughout the apartment. The tv and wifi device were both broken, making it difficult to relax or stay connected during my stay. The service standards were also lacking, with unhelpful staff and slow response times to any requests or concerns. The so-called swimming pool was in terrible condition, dirty and uninviting, making it unusable during my stay. Overall, i would not recommend maple leaf residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in calangute. There are much better options available in the area.
