Review Of 12 Monks Hostel Arambol Goa

The experience was amazing as this was my first solo trip to North Goa, the hostel is located right at Arambol beach entrance this making easy access to beach and for sunset views from the hostel.. the staff ware extremely kind and helpful...unfortunately I don’t have any pics of the stay but I will upload the view of beach from stay

Good vibes and positive attitude staffs. Very friendly atmosphere. Loved my stay. Best part is the location is on the main beach of Arambol.

Excellent to drink with bachelor

Manager Aayush was too arrogant & misbehaving with my friends who had booked rooms. He, his wife & dad were swearing & threatening to beat my friends as were in the argument of the booking changes. Very life threatening & horrible experience in Goa.

I had a peaceful and comfortable stay at 12 Monks Hostel. The ambience was calm, and its location close to the Arabian Sea made it even more enjoyable. The host was very friendly and always ready to help. The in-house food was good, and food delivery from Swiggy and Zomato was available 24/7, adding to the convenience. A great place for a relaxed stay.

Simple beach hut with AC, meets the requirements. Host (Jai) was kind and courteous. Right next to the beach. The beach view is splendid. Evening vibe in monsoon was fabulous

when I went to property, Owner is telling they don't give dormitory for the age above 35, i asked then how you allowed booking from MAKE MY Trip, he told it's not Make My trip problem, asked me to cancel booking and take a single room, I told I don't have that much budget, he replied once you cance immediately you will get refund, I was mentally tortured for a while, Later he agreed to give dormitory only for one day, He is telling it's there policy to not give dormitory to people above age of 35, Whose mistake is this, why did make my trip allowed me to book, or why that owner dint tell after booking this is very bad, on top of that the bathroom floor is not even, he has kept a mop to wipe water and has put the bord asking to keep the floor dry after use, we go to hotel to stay and not wipe the floor, even taps are not working, totally bad experience, I have never seen this kind of service in my life time

The place is at Arambol beach. Nice location. Beach vibes. The only problem was drainage in bathroom. It happened twice within a day due to which I decided to check out early. Overall, ok experience.

This place is awesome. Friendly environment. Location is also superb. You can enjoy beach from the property itself.

Is anyone looking for a budget friendly hostel in arambol beach area, i would highly recommend this place. I especially like their food which is reasonably priced and tasty. Overall, i am very happy staying here.

The hostel is just by the beach, making the best location one can stay in Arambol if one is a beach lover. The crowd mostly comprises of solo travellers with many foreign nationals from European countries. Few pointers for travellers staying in 12 Monks: please do not carry any expensive items as the hostel does not have a any locker facility, carry your own towel, there is a frequent electricity problem and they do not have any generators. Food is good with reasonable price. I found the vibe is also good and the people managing it are also friendly. They are prompt at fixing any concerns raised by the hostellers. Overall, I found it a good place to stay.

It is a great place for solo traveller, with budget friendly and just opens up in front of beach gives great view. Food is also available which also has good taste. The main emphasis will be on location- its great.
