Our room was 208, a corner one, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, we did notice 2–3 stains on the pillow, which could be improved for future stays. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Poor Stay

1) The guards were pretty rude while parking the car, they expected me to hand over my car keys because the parking space for cars staying overnight was occupied by their company which only their designated driver can drive & he would be available only post his dinner. I was offered the option to either wait while that guy finished his dinner or hand over my keys in a very rude manner. 2) Initially face to face they confirmed that rooms are available for the night but since the charge by the hotel was more than the room listing on make my trip, I booked my room online & then they told me that only a room with connecting doors is available for the night (I was a single female traveller) , I refused to take that room & after some soul searching by the receptionist suddenly another room was available. 3) The ac of the room wasn't working, I complained around 11 pm, the technician visited around 11:15 pm but I got a call from the reception at 12:30 am to ask if the AC was working. You wake up guests in the middle of the night? 4)Only after checking in do they tell you that it is a vegeterian restaurant & only eggs are available that too only for breakfast. First ever Ramada that I've stayed at with such a weird rule. 5) While checking out I told the receptionist that I had consumed a single can of coke from the fridge & paid the bill duly. While I was waiting for my car, He suddenly comes up to me & tells me that I need to pay for sparkling water as well which apparently I had not mentioned to them, I told them I had not consumed any sparkling water & to check the fridge again and surprise everything was accounted for like a miracle. The receptionist did not even have the decency to apologise for the mistake. Never again Ramada Siliguri, never again.

Very good well maintained property. Reception staff need training on customer dealing. Non professional hospitality. Also the 15% discount on F&B (as per booking) was refused stating it was from Make my trip (as said by reception) and only applicable on in-Resturant dining. Resturant was closed when we checked in. Food is good. Fittings are top notch. Overall good experience except for the reception staff.

very compact rooms , very unhygienic, the management should work on their hygiene...there were flies all over the restaurant..

Luxurious stay in prime location of the city. Malls, temples and markets are all close by. Hotel staff was accomodative and warm.
