From the moment we arrived, The Bombay Heritage Boat House completely exceeded our expectations. The ambiance beautifully captures the charm of old Bombay, with tasteful décor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making us feel at home right away. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented. The seafood, in particular, was fresh and cooked to perfection. We also loved the selection of drinks and desserts, which perfectly rounded off the meal. What really made the experience special was the attention to detail — from the heritage-inspired interiors to the serene views and impeccable service. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxed evening, Highly recommend The Bombay Heritage Boat House for anyone looking to enjoy great food, lovely vibes, and a touch of Bombay’s timeless charm!

Good things- The place is very comfortable, and clean. It has beautiful furniture and arrangements and is well kept. The staff is very attentive and polite. Location- accessible via shikara wch is arranged free of cost by owner. There are home cooked meals available, which is very delicious. Problems- Check -in, I wasn't allowed to check-in at noon, cab fares were slightly higher than agreed upon over the phone, location becomes a problem for accessibility as staying within the city allows you to explore on your own, hail uber or local transport, whereas here you have to go along with the cabs they arrange. Lastly, I would have rated this place higher if the owner himself hadn't overbearingly insisted in person to rate him then and there.

We had a really good experience in this houseboat.I m really impressed by the accomodation and services provided by the staff.They also arranged vehicle facility for us at very reasonable rates. The food was very delicious. Great experience and hospitality. Thank u Mr Bilal for being kind and generous.
