Terrible Stay

Room was not what it was in pictures. The heater was not working. Bathroom doors does not close. No bathtub. Staff is rude.

Situated in the nigeen lake which is less crowded compared to dal lake, had a wonderful experience. Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. Good food!

Located at extremely charismatic view, this boathouse was a lovely stay. We were made so comfortable. Every little thing was addressed. Highly recommended.

groupThe good: - location - cleanliness and hygiene - recently renovated, so ambience and facilities - hospitality and personal care - complimentary shikara travelling not so good - toiletries - breakfast (super limited options - really need to work on this) - no complimentary water (this is least expected as they charge good rates)
