I reached hotel at midnight

soloI reached hotel at midnight 12, where the receptionist was kind enough to help in completing formalities. They allocated me first room, which wasn't clean enough. They immediately changed to another room on request. The flash cabinet in bathroom was broken, the AC didn't had any remote, they don't even provide the packed water bottle on arrival. Infact when requested to provide a packed water bottle, they told that they didn't had. The water they have given in kind of crushed bottle wasn't not t

Staff behavior and services are unusual as per my experience . No toiletries. AC worked improperly. Asked so many unnecessary questions. Focused on when you will leave room. Even while leaving the room they asked to wait for few minutes and said please wait and let us check that all things are on place in room. This was weired that they think that there guest is a thief and checking room accessories
