We did offer an alternative room on a higher floor of the same category, followed by a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room, which you declined to view. We acknowledge that the rainy weather may have contributed to a temporary dampness or odour, and we regret any discomfort caused. Easy to find the location. Very near to candolim beach. Can access the location even by public transport. Rental cars and bikes are available. Safe and comfortable stay for girls, even if its solo trip. Delicious food and the good part is all options in the menu card is available. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel is average not good for family They have no lifts in the hotel. I booked deluxe rooms They gave me a room on the 2nd floor. It was not convenient. Breakfast was Good but had limited options
