By Air: It takes about 1 hour to reach Manali from its nearest airport at Bhuntar, Kullu-Manali Airport. The distance from the airport to Manali is 50km and there are pre-paid cabs available, which will take you to the hotel or resort you have booked prior. Air India is the major domestic airline that flies directly from Delhi and Chandigarh to this airport. By Train: Manali, being situated at an altitude of 2050m above sea level, has no direct train services. There are trains available from Delhi to Pathankot. By Road: The distance by road from Delhi to Manali is 554km. It takes about 13 hours to reach by cab. If you opt for bus services from Delhi, it will take 14 hours to reach.
