nice Hotel Sonar Bangla Darjeeling - 50mts from Mall Road,staff are courteous and responsive.Mr chintu was specially very helpful and ever smiling. rooms were good,though a bit congested.linen was clean there were no table or chair,no space for those.we stayed in a room with double bed separated by a partition, there was only one tv, but it was not placed on foot end of the bed, rather on one side .there was no almirah in the room.electric kettle was there,so was the usual tea bags and sugar.bathroom was good.food was good,kids had bo complaint.there is no parking in the Hotel Sonar Bangla Darjeeling - 50mts from Mall Road overall good experience,but there are scope for improvement

The Hotel Sonar Bangla Darjeeling - 50mts from Mall Road location is excellent . Mall is walking 3 minutes distance and through away from Glenarys. Restaurant food quality and quantity is very satisfactory. Only small challenge is the room size but that overcomes with all other facilities and excellent behaviour of staffs.

It was good. You won’t get the view from the room unless it’s a super delux. This was something that was not mentioned earlier in the introduction. I think it should be mentioned. Otherwise it’s a very good Hotel Sonar Bangla Darjeeling - 50mts from Mall Road with good service.

Location - central. Walkable distance from mall and other hotspots like Kev’s, Glenary’s and Kunga. Room neat and tidy but quite small. No elevator available.

it was ok stay. firstly they gave rooms of top floor of which roof was very down but then next day they changed the room which was good

Basement Room has a musty smell and bedsheets were not changed for our 4 days of stay. Staff and Manager behaviour was very good and helpful.

I have requested for refund as ai have not stayed. The same was informed very early. Yet to get the refund. Make my trip was supposed to get back within 2 days. Booking was overcrowded.
