Very good location and helpful staff and nice room

We paid for the super deluxe room at this hotel. Overall the experience was fine, we didn't run into any major issues at all. But as with any mediocre hotel, the amenities list is to be taken with a grain of salt. The tv was bust but started playing randomly one morning and then didn't work again. The bathroom was of truly poor quality, the door wouldn't shut all the way, the geyser takes a very long time to heat up some water and the bathtub is cracked and disgusting. If you can overlook these things, your stay will be overall comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing as it overlooks the heart of manali's meal road. The hotel owner is helpful and trustworthy. Would give it a 4/10, wouldn't mind re-booking if i had to. We stay there for 3 nights, room phone was not working, there was not signal in tv to watch it.

Location is good mid of market place. Hotel staff was very good, putting exteded support customer and tourist supportive. Experience of the hote extreem good in low budget.

Rooms were good and services were average. There were no generators, so as there were power cuts for multiples time in a days, we had to stay without power for a longs ours which evetually wasted much of our valuable time. No power backups for having shower on time or charging mobile when in need.

In Rock Regency hotel, bedsheet too much bad with pillow above too much ladies hair found those who may be before me guest, rajai too much ugly and all the bad thing's all are not sticking. Very poor quality.

Everything was perfectly fine but new geysers needed as who waits for 30 mins to get warm water. Bring your towel as hotel ones quite old. They have a restaurant and location is awesome.
