Very bad experience with this Hotel

2 km away from mall Road. Very worst experience.

Good rooms, but poor facilities. Not satisfied.

Very poor staff and all, no room service.

We have booked family suite room for 3 night. But we have allowed single room. When we demand family suite room, manager threaten to cancel booking and told claim refund from MMT. Very rude type management. I advised not to book this Hotel.

Room and bathroom is not good clean. No facilities in the room like hot water kettle tea coffee etc.

Hotel staff was very rude. Very poor room service. No parking facility available. Complementary breakfast was even worst. Food quality was too low and price was very high. Hotel staff did not respond even after repeated calls. No one available to attend phone call of guest. Overall very poor and horrible experience to stay at Hotel Jessica Manali.

Hotel was good, and located few steps from Road

Rooms are good, but their staff behaviour is very bad. No wifi, room intercom was not working, no service to room even you have to go to reception for drinking water and before 7 am you will not get nothing for eating and drinking water forget about the tea.

All things are good. Staff was very nice and food also very great. Overall very good experience with hotel Jessica.

Very bad service. Behavior of owner is very rude. Very expensive food and taste is very bad. It shows geyser is available but it doesn't work. There is no power back up. Very poorly maintained property. Rooms are not at all clean. Despite repeated reminders also, they didn't clean. Attitude of owner is very bad. If you complain then he says that write review of his property, he doesn't care. There are so many problems. If I start writing all then it will be more than 20 points. There is no zero rating else I would have rated. Please don't book this hotel.

Hotel is good. But 2km away from mall roadv. If you have car then it is worthy. Room survive also good. But food is little costly. If you want to take break fast near by a tea stall is there they provide good tea and ALU paratha

Mall Road 3km from hotel and service is so poor also food taste was not good, not recommended. Hotel staff behaviour was also not good after these problems I called Makemytrip and they resolved the problem.

Location is easily accessible. From mall road. Staff is polite, but not able to help in arranging transport for tourism. Not have power backup. Only one small bulb in case, will work. There buffet is good.

Hotel room are so pathetic food also pathetic and location of hotel average. Staff behavior was good .. Toilet was dirty and not working properly. Front hotel garden was only good thing in hotel.

Good for budget stay and location is good. We faced some issue with staff as one of them asked us not to make noice while shutting the door at middle of night (3am) while we were sleeping and somebody else was doing it. Staff refused to take non veg dinner order which was not restricted by management/manager as later they delivered post complaining at reception. Staff not trained enough to serve customers.

Had visited this hotel with my family. The location of the hotel was very good. The service was not good. I was not satisfied with this hotel stay. The provided room was not clean and neat. The activity was not arranged by the hotel. There was no delay during check-in and check-out.

It is at a distance from mall road. So, every time you have to either walk or take an auto which is quite tiresome especially if you visit Manali during the tourist season. Otherwise it's a nice place ... Rooms are quite good at an affordable rate. Staff is also friendly.

Very good hotel for stay, good location and good view from our room. Very comfortable and the best part is the staff is good. Breakfast & dinner is good and hotel near to mall road is 500 meters from the hotel. If you all want to go Rohtang Pass please do the booking in advance.
