Hotel Florence @ Near Karol Bagh Metro

Good, hot and tasty food, location a little bit crowded place and all other facilities are excellent 👍👌

Food was very average, they had only 2-3 items in breakfast and 1 banana, room was spacious but not maintained, no renovation and all.

Location is approachable, though a little bit congested road, Food is good, service is nice except no parking of its own.

we stayed there for 4 days and it was amazing , staff behaviour is good and helpfull , also location is good

Very neat and clean property and in prime location of karol bagh. Not given 5 star as in my stay lift was not working and my room qas at 3rd floor.

Good service, took time to reach the hotel as location is densely populated. The hotel is good, rooms are small but sufficient for single traveller.

Overall experience was great, the manager was very polite. The room was neat and tidy, more than expected. Breakfast was very well organised.

I have been going and staying in karolbaug from last 30 years out of all my staying is nee t and cleanest places out of all, no problems whatsoever with staff and breakfast.

After checking in great hospitality, room was clean, and the food was in taste. A little bit salt is less, rest all is good. I could is a great deal and package in karol bagh area whether in terms of price also.

Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me.

Hotel florence is centrally located and very near to the metro station. Staff is helpful and good service. Mr. Surrender manager is quite helpful.

I booked premium room. Room size was good, neat and clean and well maintained. Washroom was nice and clean. One drawback for premium category room is that it does not have window. A small restaurant is located on roof top on 4th floor. However, one can go till 3rd floor by lift and then by stairs to 4th floor. It might be difficult for elderly people. Breakfast buffet spread was poor. Hardly any option was there. However, the food taste was good. Price of the food was costly and not enough option was there for in- room dining. Hotel is located within a market area. One can get enough option for food.

If you are looking for a neat and decent place to stay in karol bagh, this is the best option you have. Have tried quite a lot of places in karol bagh, felt this is the best in this area. The rooms and bathrooms are kept neat and clean. The reception staffs are well behaved friendly and very helpful. The room service staffs too were good though not that professional. Overall it’s neat and clean for business travellers and the best option in the noisy and crowded karol bagh area. Will be back here soon.
