The hotel is located in the main area of ooty. The rooms were so clean and looked so beautiful. Food was good. A buffet was provided for breakfast and dinner. There were a lot of varieties for breakfast and dinner. Also we ordered if we wanted something. The chefs were so friendly and they prepared everything we asked for. Chef Rajesh was especially friendly and very caring and a nice human being. The overall experience was so good.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Hotel staff are more than excellent behaviour and support. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. The location was perfect for sightseeing and our room window had an excellent view of mountains. Food at the hotel restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced.

Property is nice and at good location, but room size is too small for 3 Adults (we were charged for the same). We bought two meals a day option, but quality of the food is not great, not close to ITC standards by any means. Staff are very helpful and courteous.

Excellent resort, not far from most of the main sight seeing locations of Ooty. Ambience fantastic. You have everything thing you can ask for. Food is wonderful. They take care of your preferences and advice accordingly. Both veg and non veg choices, amount of spices, your allergies, all are taken care of. The room is made suitable, spring cleaned and made chakachak! I would recommend it without a doubt for a relaxing stay

The stay was amazing. The hospitality of the staff and the management was amazing. The resort has a small children park and billiards and table tennis table. There is a small area for bonfire and sitting. The rooms are bit small and there are no AC(other than summers I don't feel it is even required). The location is very near to the market but the auto is costly in whole Ooty. The buffet spread was also amazing with lot of different options. They did an amazing presentation and decoration for the birthday occasion and it was a nice surprise.
