Additional charges rs. 300 charged don't know why they are charging. No breakfast but in your app it's showing along with break fast. You are cheating me

Refuse to provide rooms even pay full payment before one week. I was shocked because it was my first trip in chennai. Make my trip also take action against flagship kb residency.

The experience at hotel is terrible staff behaved very rudely, zero hygiene, ac wasn't working they didn't let us early check-out and also denied for bill when i confronted manager for bill he said do whatever u can but we won't give you bill, i also called owner for the bill he blocked my number. The worst experience i ever had was with make my trip booking

Flagship Kb Residency - It's a house with 2 bhk. Person need to share the drawing room area - So a little bit of privacy is tempered. This place is totally gross surrounded with lots of insects as there is standing water in the next property space. The hotel will ask you to pay double the amount. So I would suggest avoid the property.

Ok. Pl duelist the hotel. They are thieves. They are selling the rooms to whoever they want. And not honoring your hotel booking.

No room available and not fund refund

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I was charged an additional rs 900 without prior notice or explanation. Despite my concerns, i was compelled to pay as i had no alternative lodging options at 11 pm. Furthermore, no receipt or voucher was provided to acknowledge the payment. I have attached the ledger book as evidence.

Rating is good but they are asking extra amount only the issue

The rent for a day in the make my trip app shown as 787 rupees, however the hotel receptionist demanded to pay additional 713 rupees mentioning the rent is 1500-. Without any other choice i paid it and felt cheated. Request you to cancel the membership of this hotel from myt app

They asked extra charge and said the room was not available for a room i already payed full amount

My 4 days boking he 2 days after chek out he ask only 2 days

This hotel is a scam and a fake one there is no hotel in that location i paid 1000 rs and the hotel was not even there in that location this is fraud and i did not even get my money back when i tried to cancel. Please return my money u never even stayed that.

The property is new and amenities are average. Owner stays at ground floor. Lack of professionalism observed. No other staff other than owners family. Approach road is quite narrow and parking has to be done there among-st sewage and animal droppings. Budget friendly is the only plus point.

Overall it was a good hotel and value for money
