No Hygiene lack basic amenities it’s better to book other fab hotels staff is good but property is not called as hotel

Dear Make My Trip Team, I had booked a hotel for my cousin and his family through your platform. Please find the booking details below for your reference. Booked on 13 Jul 2025 Name of the Hotel : Fabhotel Singh Suite Address : 29, Nathupur Rd, DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurgaon- 122002 They checked in the evening but were extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The rooms and toilets were very unclean, and the bed sheets and towels were in poor condition. There was also a strong cigarette smell throughout the room, making it absolutely unsuitable for a family stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of very poor quality, adding to their discomfort. Though the booking was made for 2 nights, they had no choice but to vacate the hotel the very next morning and move to another accommodation. Kindly check with the hotel and arrange to refund the remaining one night stay amount. We request you to initiate a refund for the unused night at the earliest. I have already raised the complain for this property but didn't received any resolution. The property was horrible and not up to the mark. Breakfast was not proper, water was not provided, soap, towel, handwash nothing basic amenities were provided.

First of all, it was very difficult to find the location as there was no signboard or any visible indication of the hotel from the road. When I finally checked in, the room they provided was not the same as shown in the app, which was quite misleading. Additionally, they did not provide a sealed water bottle, a dental kit, or a grooming kit — all of which are usually standard in most hotels. The room itself was very average and did not meet my expectations. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve their services and provide what they promise.

I didn’t stay here because of no response from the property owner. Request you to refund my amount as haven’t stay here.

the location of the hotel is good. there are lots of food options nearby. The staff was very helpful.

Hospitality is excellent. Food quality is good. Service is also good. Good providing service but is quick and responsive love to come again and recommend others to enjoy the hospitality.

It was an amazing stay with hotel singh suites, a property situated on the main road, good housekeeping, supportive staff, good breakfast, wi-fi and tv was working properly, bed and bath linen was cleaned, room was comfortable, near metro station, front of the hotel many food outlets, visit again, recommended to all.

cockroach in room, shower not working. issue with cleanliness. staff was good, helpful and polite. but i will not रेकमेंड smelly rooms of this hotel

Electric shocks from any point inside the washroom. Room was not cleaned prior arrival. Urine marks on the toilet closet and they claim it's water droplets. No water in the pipes totally disappointed

Rooms are not clean, its not at all fab hotel. Beds are dirty, toilets are not clean, no door looking system and staffs are not friendly. It's looks like bhoot banglow

Hotel bedsheet was not clean, no water to drink, no soap shampoo in bathroom, bucket and mug were dirty. Bad experience

There was no inhouse resturant, there is no power backup (inverter or generator, in the name of free breakfast they had paratha and pickle and no tea with it, dirty confirters

Ac was not working. Humidity was there. As compared to price not enough. Also mosquitoes were there. Landline was not working.

Hotel was good, staff was supportive, but my room lock was broken. Otherwise good for the price.

No one book this hotel neither the board is installed in the hotel and breakfast is seen in complimentary and breakfast is not given, water is dirty, landline does not work in room

It's a pleasant stay. Safe place and staffs are very helpful. Everything for daily use available nearby but little bit repair needed in rooms

Ok. It's not cleaned. Room service was bad. No cleaning for 2 days. Door lock was broken

If you are looking for an affordable stay near dlf phase 3, then this is the best one out of all. Great staff, clean rooms, worth the price.
