Don't ever visit the place Those images are from its old good day..it's almost abandoned and they charge like some high end hotel.nothing more than. Just a home stay.The staffs where very friendly.Food was served best.i would rate the resort 2/10.

This is the third class hotel I have ever seen. No 24*7 dining. No room service. No room facilities as per given on the make my trip app. It is not as per rate. Third class breakfast. Third class swimming pool. No clean water. There is algae in the swimming pool. One should can get slip on that algae. Then who is responsible for that. Please refund as soon as possible.

The location was good, pool and cottages also fine. But there is no staff to serve. No activities, it's not worth 8000. Overall, it was a bad experience

Good food, awesome swimming pool kids will have great time in pool. My kids enjoyed a lot. I would recommend this resort because it’s near to many places like nisarga dhama, golden temple and dubare as well. So guy’s if one is looking for budget friendly resort… this is the one I recommend

We recently stayed at your resort for two nights, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues related to our booking and the quality of the room provided. We had booked a Superior Room with a Pool View as per their inventory. However, upon check-in, we were informed that no such room was available. The staff mentioned that they had not received any information about this specific request and that all pool-view rooms had already been allocated to other guests. The room offered to us was located in a poorly maintained corner, with conditions that were far below acceptable standards. It was evident that the room was not cleaned or maintained properly. When we requested a refund so that we could move to another hotel, the staff refused, stating that refunds could only be processed. We contacted customer care, but despite multiple discussions with the hotel, no resolution was provided. informed us that a decision regarding the refund would take 48 hours. Left with no alternative and considering it was Christmas season with tired family members and kids, we had no choice but to stay at the resort. On the second day of our stay, after persistent requests, we were finally moved to a pool-view room. However, the condition of this room was equally disappointing: The room was poorly maintained, with visible ceiling damage due to water leakage. The bath towels provided were dirty and unacceptable for guest use. What was meant to be an enjoyable family holiday turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Despite paying for two nights, the quality of service, room conditions, and lack of prompt resolution were unacceptable. We urge the resort management to address the following concerns: 1. Ensure rooms are maintained to a standard befitting the premium charges. 2. Improve coordination to avoid such discrepancies in future. 3. Train staff to handle guest complaints more empathetically and provide quicker resolutions. Our stay left us with frustration rather than joy, and it greatly impacted our family’s holiday experience. We hope the management will take our feedback seriously and work towards improving the guest experience for future visitors.

This property has no amenities as they claim. Rooms are in bad shape. Toiletries and toilets are in sad shape. Room service is horrible. Even for basics like water you need to keep on asking unlike in other hotels they will provide. Pool water is so bad. I think it must have not been cleared for hell log of time. Very poor stay experience

Rooms are good but waste of money too expensive for room but it's not suitable for rainy season only suggest to go there in summer season

Such a pathetic hotel. Our entire vacation have ruined out. Please do not visit this property

This is heavily priced. I paid excluding my citi card discount. The room ambience is very normal and the resort is very small. Don't get deceived by name 'resort. Complimentary breakfast is good, but overall not worth for the amount i paid.

Bad

Property is centrally located to golden temple, kushal nagar town, harangi dam and nisarga dama. Breakfast was good. But not great. Where as dinner was average. Room provided was good. It was well maintained.

Any ask for was promptly responded with a no or some other time mentioned. There was no chef on one day. Food was bad.

Not worthy. No proper hygiene and room service is not good. They took money for dinner and it was not boofet for 2500. Terrible please don't go and waste your money. Not at all worthy

We booked this resort just a day before christmas since all other resorts were booked in coorg. We paid exorbitant amount for two cottages for our 2 days stay. But when we reached there around 4 pm and asked restaurant for tea/coffee and snacks, we were told that cook is not available until 5:30 pm and after that only we can get tea/coffee and fries/pakodas, no other options available even at 5:30 pm. One of the cottage has wall papers torn apart, some lights not working. Geyser stopped working after day 1 and bath tub was full of 1000 of ants. Their breakfast is biggest disappointment, we got very few options, all stale and cold. Nothing like cereal, milk was available for our 4 year old kid. We kept getting 'sorry sir' in response from staff for everything we asked. Their staff doesn't know how to serve customers, they are just sitting there and don't care at all. This was our worst ever experience at any stay across india even after paying the max ever amount for a stay, even more than double of what we pay at five star hotels. This property doesn't deserve to be called a 'resort' at all, they don't have any amenities except for a small pool. Their staff is worse than a small decent hotel and don't know etiquettes to serve customer.

Stay only if you don't get options to stay at madikeri, though the place is beautiful but service is bad and i don't blame as they are understaffed.

The food quality was bad. Wrong food was delivered despite of requesting multiple times. The complimentary water is very less given the amount paid and number of people stayed in the room. The rooms are not clean

Overall a pretty bad experience, rooms were unhygienic with dirty sheets, leaking roofs. Food was bad and expensive. Service was horrible. Absolutely waste of money

Not at all worth for the money paid. Rooms and food are very average for 10800. No hot water and building maintenance is horrible. Paints are off and walls and roof are totally wet due to rain. Hot water was not coming. But staffs are really good, they arranged.
