There were certain things in the room which was not in working, reading lights , bed master switches , ac was not cooling properly, had to call to reception many times to fix things . When the engineer came to see things he said it need to be replaced and came to replace it.

AC was not working at all through night and was asked to change the room at 4am in the morning. Also, while coming back from hotel I realised that 3000 cash was missing from my wallet which was there in room when me and my wife went out for dinner or walk or gym. I realised this late but this is something which I was not accepting at all.

The location of the property is very good. It's very near to the commercial district and hardly takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach anywhere in Gurgaon commercial hub but on the food front the food I consider on the expensive side considering the quality of the food. There was lot of dampness on the walls which has not been kept properly. This is my honest review of the property . Thank you

The hotel has very unwelcoming staff and very occupied to make customers Wait while they are on calls . The room dining for a small order took 3 rounds to complete. Spoon missing. Salad missing. Lemon and salt missing
