Quite nice and convenient to check in. Didn’t get weird eyes from staff for travelling as a couple. Well maintained room but did not have glasses for water.

My experience with this place was disappointing. The check-in process was frustrating — despite it being handled over the phone, we were left waiting for over more than 30 minutes with no clear communication or assistance. On top of that, the hosts were uncooperative during check-out. I requested to check out around 11:30 AM, but they were inflexible and dismissive, refusing any reasonable extension and showing no consideration for guests. Overall, the service was unprofessional and the hosts made the stay stressful. I would not recommend this place.

If you can service yourself then it could be an option to stay due to its location and room ambiance. Shouldn't be preferred for staying with family as you will find couples (seems to be unmarried) staying there. Don't expect any kind of the service from the caretaker. Personally I don't recommend this property until unless you want to stay with your 'friend' in privacy as no one will ask you about your ID card.

We were standing outside the room at 2:00am in the morning with all of our luggage and the care taker or the owner did not pick the call and was saying who picks up call at 2 in the morning. And I didn't even get a refund for my booking. Highly unprofessional and disgusting

Aipl has done such a fantastic job making these beautiful studio apartments but the owner of this particular property was extremely rude and inconsiderate. They assigned a different room number to my guest-one that was reserved for somebody else. The owner refused to receive calls or even talk to me on call appropriately. The experience was highly embarrassing and excruciating for me and my guest extremely poor management!
