I recently stayed at TAJ CIDADE heritage Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa and overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations in many areas. Location: The Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa's beach-facing location was undoubtedly the highlight. The beach is just a few steps away, which made early morning and evening walks very convenient. Food: The on-site restaurants offered a good variety of cuisines. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh and healthy options, from tropical fruits to made-to-order eggs. Room service was prompt, and everything I ordered was well-prepared and warm on arrival. Facilities: The Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa has excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool area, a modern gym, and a relaxing spa. Staff Response: The staff were very efficient throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the warm welcome with a refreshing drink. Any requests—extra towels, room cleaning, or local recommendations—were handled quickly and with a smile. Final Thoughts: I am giving a full five stars to this property. I would gladly return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beachside retreat with great food and hospitality

I recently stayed at Taj cidade goa heritage and had a mixed experience. The property is beautiful and well-maintained — I genuinely enjoyed my time there. The location is also very good and easy to reach, which made travel convenient. The Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa staff were very polite and courteous, which added a lot to the overall comfort of the stay. However, the food was quite disappointing and did not live up to the Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa’s reputation. The quality and taste were below expectations, and the service was notably delayed. Another downside was the rude behavior of the swimming pool staff, which was unexpected and unprofessional. The Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa’s private beach is a great feature, but sadly, it was not clean, which took away from the experience. Overall, while the stay had several positive aspects, there are a few areas that clearly need improvement — especially food quality, service efficiency, and better staff training in some departments. With these changes, this Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa could offer a truly top-tier experience.

We stayed at this property for two nights. It's a shame that the stay had to end so soon. The view from the Balcony was breath taking and we spent hours sitting in the balcony. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and it was the best decision ever. They arranged two cake cutting sessions, one was on the house and the other one we had requested. The team arranged a beautiful cake cutting event at the lawn with the sea as the backdrop and we couldn't have asked for more. Special thanks to Urja, Asha and Tulsi for helping us to make our daughter's birthday so memorable. I could go on and on but I don't have enough words to describe how special we felt. The melodious live flute 🪈 session by Mr. Srinivas during the breakfast was yet another highlight and would thank the Taj management for arranging something like that.

A wonderful stay with family ..it's private beach..transportation service..food of heritage n horizon both service taste breakfast lunch dinner so much yummy.. we are stay in suit room taj Cidade ka swimming pool,view.,n specially service outstanding its seven star property with smyle faces staff specialy - Priya ji on reception all arrangement by her she take care of our trip every thing so loving carrring persnolity...Thx to Taj making u un forgotable moments in my life

Prompt service and extremely customer friendly staff. Despite the onset of an early monsoon the Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Outdoor facilities at the resort were an arms distance from the shore line making the stay even more luxurious.

Location is very good, an old construction but very beautifully maintained, breakfast was good with lots of variety including veg and non veg. Room service was also good but still scope of improvement. Overall stay and experience is very good.

I had very nice experience during my stay. Hotel staff was very supportive. Food was delicious. During breakfast, the bansuri played live added a charm to the overall environment

The food was excellent. Top notch service by Puja from C2C , Amit the Barista. I loved the pool in the lower floor, more offbeat and serene. Swapnil from BLD was a delight to have around. Overall a true Taj experience.
