Review Of Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

Excellent front desk staff, smiling bell boys, clean rooms with clean washroom, excellent breakfast (non-vegetarian). Must for exploring Ba Na Hills on the next day with early morning priority entry to Golden Bridge for pictures as the place will be nearly empty.

It was wonderful experience. Had an amazing stay, buffet for breakfast was well spread. Staff was very humble

All of the thing like Food, facilities are pathetic, need to call for 10 times for getting thing reaches to hotel room. This is the worst experience..

the location had all the points, but the service and facilities are really poor. you don't expect such from the accor group. the food was bad, and cold when ordered. the complementary breakfast was 7/10.

the overnight experience is definitely worth it.. unfortunately it was raining when we were there.the good part is staying there allows u to explore the place at ur own pace n minus the day visit crowds.n yes the lights at night give it a different feel.another perk is u get to visit the golden bridge early in the day right from 6am onwards. the disadvantages will the cost , the early check out policy i.e. by 10.30am.onway to get around would be to get there by noon on the day of check in.. leave the bags at the lobby go n explore. similarly at the time of check out deposit the bags at lobby n ur free to explore the village.

can't ask for more... if you are visiting Ba na hills then you must stay. It is a perfect stay, Visiting the golden bridge and roaming french village at night makes your stay worth every penny spent

chexk in check out was very smooth bell boys are really working very hard got jain pizzas they were excellent in room house keeping was not upto mark there were spider web above my bed was shocked to see such level of housekeeping in mercure

The family room was good and spacious. The facilities provided was very good. The buffet breakfast had lots if varieties. The bell boys helped with luggage. The staff aas supportive and helpful. Overall I was very happy with the stay. And the bana hills experience was unmatchable

An excellent resort. Though d staff could not understand English they tried to help us out in the best possible way.

The property was right in the French village, Buffet breakfast was huge and good. The facilities are many but I didn't have time to explore. You need 2 nights minimum. We took a Superior king room and it was good. Next time we shall ask for a view facing the village. The transfer to the room from the reception at the entry via the cable car is a boon for the guests. You get the priority and get to skip the line.

Stay was just OK. Rooms were spread out at 5 locations within the complex. And each unit had a reception but no staff.

Stayed at Mercure Hotel Bana Hills – exceeded expectations. • No waiting at all for the ropeway — super smooth entry, even during peak hours. • Room was upgraded to a suite in the main building — spacious, clean, and had stunning views. • Breakfast was surprisingly good — wide spread, fresh, and well-managed even with the crowd. Great value if you want to stay overnight in Sun World and beat the tourist rush. Would return.

My stay at Mercure was overall very good. The property is well-maintained with a great location, good food, and excellent amenities. The staff was polite and helpful, making the stay comfortable. The only issue I faced was that I did not get a balcony room as requested, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything else was pleasant and enjoyable

Good hospitality and good food and very nicely place in this Vietnam so I suggest for others people one time stay in this hotel.

when we booked a ticket from makemytrip they said by an OTA package. but when we reached there there was no such kind of package at the hotel and we were charged extra for everything like your charge extra for cable cars and you are charged for everything else at the hotel the hotel Mercury has very bad facilities you ask them for water they will not send for hours when you ask them again about it then they will say it is chargeable and when you say that yes we will pay for it then they do not send it but charge in the hotel bill if you are traveling to bana Hills and staying in this hotel kindly take your own water along with you also this stay was good but there is no good food for Indians Indian should take ready to eat food along with them for a day or two I would also like to mention one thing I don't know how this hotel has been rated four stars it is a three-star hotel

their check out policy is the worst like 10:30 am but they allow check in after 2pm only.. early and late check in available only on extra payment and rooms are pretty cramped for the money we are paying. bathrooms are super cramped you can't lift your hands and no better hangers to place your clothes in the shower room. Reception and service is worst they don't bother to answer your question and make you wait for longer. after 5pm most of the restaurants and shops everything closes. morning also they give golden bridge access by 6:00 am only so basically can't see the sunrise also.

Property was good, location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Clean rooms. Vegetarian food was available. Enjoyed the stay.

No room service during rains . The cable car while going up in rains is pretty scary and though the system is being monitored by hotel , at least an emergency phone or parachutes placed in cable car would have put our minds at ease . There is absolutely no safety measures for tourists. Visiting bana hills during rainy season is not recommended.

Not worth the money . Waste . Very small rooms . Staff very rude . Good average . Washroom also very small . Not at all worth it .

Very poor staff . Not at all good hospitality. No free water . Everything is chargeable. They are so rude with their words . Luggage pick & drop to the room was also not from the hotel . Pathetic experience . Not at all recommended. Very disappointed with the Mercure hotel . Can’t believe it’s an Accor group of hotels .
