    I stayed for one night and there was no complimentary breakfast as I have paid extra just for a night and even parking charges were there. So not satisfied much.
    According to the facilities the price was really high as well as the parking charges.

    Hotel is situated in the vicinity of the best San Francisco tourist places. Hotel rooms were nice and staff was good.

    Good location but average service. Good place over all. Didn't face any issue. Break fast available peaceful location. Easy access to attractions and hop in hop off bus Tours and others things. This very all strongly recommended.

    This hotel has a great location. Pier 39, pier 33( Alcatraz), Ghiradeli square, cablecar turnaround and street side shopping and eating are all in walking distance. The hotel does not have a sea view but the rooms are good. Though the rooms are a little pricey but worth for the location. The housekeeping and staff are very prompt and courteous. Real value for money.

    Food was good. Staff was very good. Location was excellent. Bus stops, cable car stations, fast food centres, groceries stores Indian food all these things are very nearby and in a walking position and nightlife in this area is very peaceful and very calm.
