Caesars is a massive property with a luxurious vibe, perfect for a special trip to Vegas. Guests rave about the spacious rooms and stunning nighttime views. The casino offers a lively atmosphere, and there are plenty of dining options, though food can be pricey with limited vegetarian choices. It’s well-placed on the Strip, close to other attractions. Some mentioned that staff service could use a bit of polish, but overall, it’s a memorable experience.
Terrible Stay
Stayed 2 nights and never received any room service. For a hotel with such a big name, the basic service was completely missing. Very disappointing.
Room: Room Type Assigned on Arrival
Excellent Stay
my stay at Caesar palace was amazing, the food and the facilities that the property offered were extravagant, I loved every minute I spent there and I will always stay in this hotel whenever I come back. Thankyou very much make my trip
Room: Colosseum Deluxe Room 2 Queens Non-Smoking
Average Stay
The management needs to look at the time in which the staff speaks to the guests, it's almost derogatory!! They charged us for water from minibar which we had not used....yes, they revered the cost but that was post an argument... The reception desk lady who checked us in was very rude in her manner...overall not a great experience
Room: Julius Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking

Caesars palace, leas vegas
Beautiful place, stay was really good and comfortable. Has all kind of big brands shops, places to eat and rooms are really good. View from the room depends on the tower where the room is situated. View is really beautiful especially in the night. Casino is right over the place and night club is there.
Room: Julius Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking
Beautiful hotel
Amazing and beautiful hotel, luxurious property but very expensive. Check in & check out has huge lines. Food is also very expensive and less varieties of vegetarian food.

Average Stay
Our stay at Caesars was disappointing. Our first night, the room was not made up, despite three calls to the front desk. Finally, they cleaned the room at 10:30, just when we were trying to go to sleep. I was at CES all week and my wife traveled from DC to join me after a very emotional week (we had to put our dog to sleep and she took it very hard). All she wanted was a place to relax and get away while I was looking for a place to decompress after a very full week. When the room was not made up the third time, I went to the front desk and complained to a supervisor who offered me one night off the resort fee. Ultimately, he offered me a second night. I understand that I could have opted out of room cleaning for an additional F&B credit but I did not request that. The front desk was of the impression that I did request it. I most definitely did not. Then, my room key failed to open the parking lot gate twice. I had to go back to the front desk to get a new key. It finally worked. Lastly, when I saw that our resort fee included only two connected units per 24 hour period, I went back to the front desk to inquire. I was told that as long as only two devices were connected within a 24 hour period, we would not be charged for any additional fees. I turned off my units so my wife could connect her. When I called guest services, I told the woman at the other end of the line what I was told and she - rudely (and unbelievably) said to me "our representative would never have told you that!" I was furious. I had to go back to the front desk one final time to get that charge removed. The room was ok. Nothing special. The casino, the restaurants, the show (Absinthe) and the rest of the facility were fine, which is why I am rating this 3 out of 5 instead of 2. I could have selected other hotels for this extension of my trip but I wanted to give Caesars a try. in retrospect, I am sorry I did. I am not at all a difficult customer but I was extremely disappointed with our stay at Caesars.
Room: DOUBLE FORUM CLASSIC, 1 KING BED
Misleading charges
I had to pay an extra as a form of resort fee which was not mentioned by the MMT. It was not mentioned anywhere when I was making the booking. Very bad service.
Room: Forum Classic King Room
Not sure worth the money
We were charged a resort fee for each night over and above the hotel prices which we was unnecessary as we couldn't even use the pool due to the weather.
Room: Forum Classic Room with 1 King Bed - Non-Smoking
Decent stay
The hotel is humongous and has lavish facilities. The staffs are cooperative and the services are endless.
Room: Octavius Premium Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking
Average stay
No complimentary breakfast even after paying extra. Night club Omnia had a dress code, no entry with sneakers. The casino was average compared to other big names on the strip, but the grandeur of the hotel truly lives up to its name. One time stay recommended.
Room: Julius Deluxe Room with 2 Queen Beds - Non-Smoking
Poor Stay
Hidden fee, parking fee, pricey buffet, beware.
Room: Forum Classic Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking
Terrible hotel with hidden charges
We booked a room on MMT for 3 days in Caesars Palace. In our booking voucher, it was mentioned that nothing is to be paid at the resort and all amount is fully paid at the time of booking. But when we checked out hotel charged us as resort fee which was nowhere mentioned by MMT or the resort at the time of check-in. Even if you take 1 water bottle they charge you and there is no complimentary water bottle with any room.
Room: Forum Classic Room with 1 King Bed - Non-Smoking
Nice place to stay and enjoy!
It was a nice experience staying in middle of the strip. Enjoyed every hour during our stay
